CLOSURE

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of all Donut Love locations effective immediately. Our Exeter, North Hampton and Newmarket locations will all be permanently closed and Friday, April 12th was the final day of operations.

We are incredibly thankful to the communities we were a part of and for our loyal customers. In a highly competitive landscape, your patronage was incredibly meaningful and we remain grateful for it. We especially want to thank the community of Newmarket who showed up in a big way during our grand opening week. The reception we received in your community touched our hearts and is something we will not forget. The Seacoast region of New Hampshire is the best place to live and work and that certainly shown through during our time with Donut Love. Whether it is through Donut Love or our other ventures, we will remain very active members in our communities. If any of our valued customers have outstanding gift cards, we have created an email to redeem those for their current value. Please reach out to gfmnhmarketing@gmail.com and our team will take care of you.

While brief, we are proud of our tenure as owners of Donut Love. We made significant investments to create top-notch spaces for our teammates to work and our guests to enjoy delicious baked goods. We tried to spread the Donut Love as best we could, and we are saddened that things did not work as originally planned. Moving forward, we will be refocusing our efforts on our other brands.

Finally, and most importantly, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to our Donut Love teammates. Without you all, we would not have been able to provide the handmade treats and hospitality to our communities that we did. You have worked tirelessly to make Donut Love a success. Business closures are painful for everyone, and we understand the realities this creates for our teammates. Through this closure, we will remain committed to being exemplary employers and have provided every employed teammate with a severance package to assist them through transitions into new roles. Thank you for everything you did for our brand, company, customers, and communities.

Best,

Eric and Tyler Goodwin
